About the Foundation

Every year, The Edmonton Singing Christmas Tree Foundation donates all net proceeds to local charities, organizations and children in need through gifts, food and music education.

The Edmonton Singing Christmas Tree Foundation (ESCTF) is a non-profit organization governed by a volunteer board of directors. The primary purpose of the Foundation is to help local charities and to showcase local talent, while bringing a Christmas spectacular to Edmontonians and visitors every year.

Chair: Donovan Robinson
Directors: John Cameron, Carrie Doll, Emmanuel Fonte, Rev. Bob Jones, Jim Lantz, Lynn Mandel, Gene Zwozdesky

The Foundation has raised more than $600,000 and partnered with organizations like Santa’s Anonymous, the Christmas Bureau, the Edmonton Food Bank and the Edmonton Public School Foundation.

Last year, the Foundation donated a complete set of new instruments to three elementary schools and funded field trips for students so they could experience music in Edmonton first-hand.

A portion of Edmonton Singing Christmas Tree ticket sales are also donated to youth in our community to continue to inspire them and introduce them to live music and performing arts.
